I got this for free from an Amazon promotion, and it was worth about what I paid for it. I dunno, maybe I'm being too harsh- it's not that it's bad advice, but it's the same advice that you get from any financial advice book or website ever. It may also just be that this book isn't aimed at me- it's aimed at somethings who have been in one career long enough to have a K, not job-hopping somethings who don't even have health insurance.

I got this as a free Kindle download, and it was a pretty good book. If I weren't already such a frugal person, I would have probably learned a lot more from this book. It is very simplistic, as it is meant to be. Some of the things in it have changed since the writing and are no longer true, but for the most part lots of good advice for those struggling. This was a free kindle download that i started reading on a whim and ended up finishing very quickly.

Book is an easy and worthwhile read. I downloaded this to my Kindle free from Amazon. Karp provided the normal frugal advice. The most useful part for me was learning about useful websites that I had not previously seen. Definitely worth the price. A bit of a slog. Most of the advice is so obvious and ordinary, and I couldn't wade through enough of it to find out if there was anything original and interesting hidden inside.
